ವೀರಮಾಹೇಶ್ವರ ಕ್ಷೇಮಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಸಂಘ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೊಪ್ಪಳ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಡಳಿತದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಕೊಪ್ಪಳ ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಜೃಂಭಣೆಯಿಂದ ಜರುಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹಿರಿಯ ವಕೀಲ ಹಾಗೂ ಜಂಗಮ ಸಮಾಜ ಮುಖಂಡ ವಿ.ಎಸ್ ಭೂಸನೂರಮಠ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಶುಕ್ರವಾರ ನಗರದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಭವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿ ನಡೆಸಿ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ,ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಜಯಂತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜಂಗಮ ವಟುಗಳ ಆಯ್ಯಾಚಾರ, ಲಿಂಗದೀಕ್ಷೆ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಇತರೆ ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕ ವಿಧಿ ವಿಧಾನಗಳು ಜರುಗುವವು. ರೇಣುಕಾಚಾರ್ಯರ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ 'ಸಾರೋಟ'ದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಜ್ಜಯಿನಿ ಶ್ರೀಗಳು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವರು ಎಂದರು. ಸಮಾಜದ ಮುಖಂಡ ವೀರೇಶ ಮಹಾಂತಯ್ಯನಮಠ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ರವಿವಾರ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 8 ಘಂಟೆಗೆ ಕುಂಭ, ಕಳಸ, ಸಕಲ ವಾದ್ಯಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕೋಟೆಯ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಶ್ರೀಮಹೇಶ್ವರ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದಿಂದ ಆರಂಭವಾಗುವ ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆಯು ಗಡಿಯಾರ ಕಂಬದ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಜವಾಹರ ರಸ್ತೆ, ಅಶೋಕ ಸರ್ಕಲ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಹಾಂತಯ್ಯನಮಠ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಮಂಟಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಪನ್ನವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ನಂತರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ 11 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ
