ಮತದಾನ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಅಭಿಯಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಚಾಲನೆ
ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಮತದಾನ ಮಾಡಿ : ರಾಹುಲ್ ರತ್ನಂ ಪಾಂಡೆಯ
ಕೊಪ್ಪಳ,: ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಮತದಾನ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಯಾರೂ ಕೂಡ ಮತದಾನದಿಂದ ಹೊರಗುಳಿಯಬಾರದು ಎಂದು ಜಿಪಂ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಾದ ರಾಹುಲ್ ರತ್ನಂ ಪಾಂಡೆಯ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಅವರು ನಗರದ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿ ಕಚೇರಿಯ ಮುಂಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೊಪ್ಪಳ ತಾಲೂಕು ಸ್ವೀಪ್ ಸಮಿತಿ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ 38 ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಮತದಾನ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಅಭಿಯಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. “ಮತದಾನಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮತ್ತೊಂದಿಲ್ಲ, ನಾನು ಖಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಮತದಾನ ಮಾಡುವೆ” ಎನ್ನುವ ಈ ವರ್ಷದ ಧ್ಯೇಯ ವಾಕ್ಯದಂತೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರು ಕೂಡ ಮತದಾನ ಮಾಡಿರಿ. ಮತದಾನ ನಿಮಗೆ ಸಂವಿಧಾನಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿರುವ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಹಕ್ಕಾಗಿದೆ. ಅದನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸುವುದು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಆ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ 18 ವರ್ಷ ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಮತದಾನ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೊಪ್ಪಳ ತಾಲೂಕು ಸ್ವೀಪ್ ಸಮಿತಿ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಕಳೆದ ಒಂದು ತಿಂಗಳಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳು ನಗರ ಹಾಗೂ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣಾ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಮತದಾನ ಕುರಿತು ಜಾಗೃತಿಯನ್ನು ಮೂಡಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರು ಇವಿಎಂ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿವಿಪ್ಯಾಟ್ ವಿದ್ಯುನ್ಮಾನ ಮತಯಂತ್ರಗಳ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಗೊಂದಲಗಳನ್ನು ನಿವಾರಣೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ನಂತರ ಏಳು ವಾಹನಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ 38 ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಏಕಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಿತ ಮತದಾರರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಿಕೆ (ಸ್ವೀಪ್) ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಜರುಗಿತು. ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳಿಗೆ ತೆರಳಿದ ತಾಲೂಕು ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರಾ.ಪಂ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ಮತದಾನ ಕುರಿತು ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸಿ, ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಂದಲೇ ಅಣಕು ಮತದಾನ ಮಾಡಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ವೇಳೆ 2 ಸಾವಿರಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಜನರು ಅಣಕು ಮತದಾನ ಮಾಡಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡರು.
ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿ.ಪಂ ಉಪನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಸಮೀರ್ ಮುಲ್ಲಾ, ಜಿಪಂ ಯೋಜನಾ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಟಿ.ಕೃಷ್ಣಮೂರ್ತಿ, ಜಿಪಂ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಲೆಕ್ಕಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಅಮೀನ್ ಅತ್ತಾರ್, ಮುಖ್ಯಯೋಜನಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್, ತಾಪಂ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ದುಂಡಪ್ಪ ತುರಾದಿ, ಸಹಾಯಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಮಹೇಶ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ತಾಲೂಕು ಸ್ವೀಪ್ ಸಮಿತಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಇದ್ದರು.

Launch of voting awareness campaign Everyone should vote compulsorily: Rahul Ratnam Pandey
Koppal,: Everyone should vote compulsorily. Rahul Ratnam Pandey, Chief Executive Officer of JPM said that no one should stay out of voting.
He was speaking in front of the Zilla Panchayat office in the city, on behalf of the District and Koppal Taluk Sweep Committee, inaugurating the voting awareness campaign in 38 Gram Panchayats of the taluk. As this year's motto is “There is nothing more than voting, I will definitely vote” everyone should vote. Voting is a fundamental right that you have been given by the Constitution. It is your duty to run it. In that regard, everyone above 18 years of age should vote compulsorily. On behalf of the District and Koppal Taluk Sweep Committee, our staff has been creating awareness about voting in urban and rural areas for the past one month. Everyone asked to get information about the functioning of EVM and VVPAT Electronic Voting Machines and clear your confusions.
Then a systematic Voter Education and Election Participation (SWEEP) awareness program was conducted simultaneously in 38 Gram Panchayats through seven vehicles. At this time, the taluk staff and village council staff went to each village to create awareness among the public about voting and mock voting was done by the public. During this time more than 2 thousand people took mock vote and got information.
On this occasion, G. P. M. Deputy Director Sameer Mulla, G. P. M. Planning Director T. Krishnamurthy, G. P. M. Chief Accountant Amin Attar, Chief Project Officer Manjunath, T. P. M. Executive Officer Dundappa Turadi, Assistant Director Mahesh and other Taluk Sweep Committee members were present.
