ಕುಕನೂರು : ಕುಕನೂರು ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಇತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ಸ್ಥಳವಾದ ಇಟಗಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಳೆ ಪಂಚಮಸಾಲಿ ಸಮಾಜದಿಂದ ವೀರರಾಣಿ ಕಿತ್ತೂರು ಚೆನ್ನಮ್ಮ ನವರ ಪುತ್ಥಳಿ ಅನಾವರಣದ ಬ್ರಹತ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಿಂದ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಹಾಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾಜಿ ಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪಂಚಮಸಾಲಿ ಸಮಾಜ ದೂರ ಇಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು ಅಚ್ಚರಿಗೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ.
ನಾಳೆ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 10 ಘಂಟೆಯ ಹೊತ್ತಿಗೆ ಇತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ಸ್ಥಳ ಇಟಗಿಯ ಮಹದೇವ್ ದೇವಾಲಯದ ಅವರದಲ್ಲಿ ವೀರಮಾತೇ ಕಿತ್ತೂರು ಚೆನ್ನಮ್ಮಾಜೀ ಅವರ ಪುತ್ಥಳಿ ಅನಾವರಣ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಪಂಚಮಸಾಲಿ ಸಮಾಜದ ಗುರುಗಳು ಶ್ರೀ ಬಸವಜಯ ಮೃತ್ಯುಂಜಯ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿಗಳು, ಪಂಚಮಸಾಲಿ ಸಮಾಜದ ಧೀಮಂತ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿ ಬಸನಗೌಡ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಯತ್ನಾಳ್, ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಶಾಸಕಿ ಲಕ್ಷೀ ಹೆಬ್ಬಾಳ್ಕರ್, ಸಂಸದ ಸಂಗಣ್ಣ ಕರಡಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಪಂಚಮಸಾಲಿ ಸಮಾಜದ ಘಟಾನುಘಟಿ ನಾಯಕರು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಕುಕನೂರು ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿ ಮಂದಿರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಂಚಮಸಾಲಿ ಸಂಘದ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಬಸನಗೌಡ ತೊಂಡಿಹಾಳ್ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಆದರೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಹಾಲಿ ಶಾಸಕರು, ಸಚಿವ ಹಾಲಪ್ಪ ಆಚಾರ್ ಅವರಿಗಾಗಲಿ, ಮಾಜಿ ಸಚಿವ ಬಸವರಾಜ್ ರಾಯರಡ್ಡಿ ಅವರಿಗಾಗಲಿ ಅಹ್ವಾನ ನೀಡಿಲ್ಲ, ಇಬ್ಬರನ್ನೂ ದೂರವಿಟ್ಟು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಏಕೆ ? ಎಂಬ ಪ್ರಶೆಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಿಸಿದ ಬಸವನಗೌಡ ತೊಂದಿಹಾಳ್ ಅವರು,
ಇದೊಂದು ಪಂಚಮಸಾಲಿ ಸಮಾಜದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ, ರಾಜಕೀಯೇತರ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ, ಸಮಾಜದ ಪ್ರಮುಖರು ಮಾತ್ರ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೇ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿಗೆ ತಾಲೂಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಕೆಲವು ಅನ್ಯ ಸಮಾಜದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ತಿಕ್ಕಾಟ, ಮುಜುಗರ ಆದಂತೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಆಗಬಾರದು ಎಂದು ಸಮಾಜದ ಪ್ರಮುಖರನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಅಹ್ವಾನಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಆದರೂ ಕೂಡಾ ಮಾಜಿ ಶಾಸಕರ ಪುತ್ರ ನವೀನ್ ಗುಳಗಣ್ಣನವರಿಗೆ ಅಹ್ವಾನ ನೀಡಿ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಹಾಲಿ ಶಾಸಕ ಹಾಲಪ್ಪ ಆಚಾರ್, ಬಸವರಾಜ್ ರಾಯರಡ್ಡಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಅಹ್ವಾನ ನೀಡದೆ ಇರುವುದು ಹಲವು ಅನುಮಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಹುಟ್ಟುಹಾಕಿದೆ.
ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ, ವಾಗ್ವಾದ ನೀಡುವವರೆಗೂ ಈ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಅಂತರ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಮುಂದುವರೆಯುವ ಲಕ್ಷಣವಿದೆ.ಇದಕ್ಕೆಲ್ಲ ಪಂಚಮಸಾಲಿ ಸಮಾಜದ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಗೊಂದಲ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಪುತ್ಥಳಿ ಅನಾವರಣದ ಪೂರ್ವಿಭಾವಿಯಾಗಿ ಇಂದು ಪಂಚಮಸಾಲಿ ಸಮಾಜದಿಂದ ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿರಿಯರಾದ ಬಸಲಿಂಗಪ್ಪ ಬೂತೆ, ತಾಲೂಕು ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ವೀರಣ್ಣ ಅಣ್ಣಿಗೇರಿ, ಕಳಕನ ಗೌಡ ಪಾಟೀಲ್, ಬಸವರಾಜ್ ಉಳ್ಳಾಗಡ್ಡಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಇತರರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.
Kittur Chennamma Putthali unveiling tomorrow in Itagi, current and former ministers not invited
Kukanur: In the historical place of Kukanur taluk, Itagi, Panchamasali Samaj organized a brahat program for the unveiling of Veerarani Kittur Chennamma's Navara Putthali tomorrow.
An idol unveiling program of Veermate Kittur Chennammaji will be held at Mahadev Temple in the historical place of Itagi tomorrow at 10 am. Panchmasali Samaj Guru Shri Basavajaya Mrityunjaya Swamiji, Panchmasali Samaj's stalwart politician Basanagowda Patil Yatnal, Belagavi Rural Constituency MLA Lakshi Hebbalkar, MP Sanganna Kardi and other important leaders of Panchamasali Samaj are participating in the program.
But neither the local MLAs, Minister Halappa Achar nor former Minister Basavaraj Rayardi have been invited to the program. Why is the program being held away from them? Answering the question, Basavanagowda Thondihal said,This is a Panchmasali Samaj event, a non-political event, only prominent members of the society are participating. He also said that we have invited only the leaders of the society so that political criticism and embarrassment should not happen here in the event of some other society held in the taluk recently.
However, the fact that former MLA's son Naveen Gulaganna was invited and the sitting MLA Halappa Achar and Basavaraj Rayardi were not invited to the program has raised many doubts.
There is a sign that this political gap will continue until the state government gives a clear decision about the reservation.
A press conference was held today by the Panchamasali Samaj as a prelude to the unveiling of Putthali. Elders Basalingappa Boothe, Taluk President Veeranna Annigeri, Kalakana Gowda Patil, Basavaraj Ullagaddi and others were present on this occasion.
