ಕುಕನೂರು : ಹಾಲಿ ಶಾಸಕ, ಸಚಿವ ಹಾಲಪ್ಪ ಆಚಾರ್ ಅವರು ಯಲಬುರ್ಗಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಜಾತಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ದುರ್ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಪೂರ್ವ ಅಕ್ರಮದ ತಯಾರಿ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ,ಹಳ್ಳಿ ಹಳ್ಳಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸೀರೆ ಹಂಚುತ್ತಿರುವುದೇ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಜ್ವಲಂತ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಎಂದು ಯಲಬುರ್ಗಾ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಿಯೋಜಿತ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಮಲ್ಲನಗೌಡ ಕೋನನ ಗೌಡರ್ ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಕುಕನೂರು ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಭವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿ ನಡೆಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಮಲ್ಲನಗೌಡ ಅವರು. ಚುನಾವಣೆಯ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಗೂ ಮುಂಚೆಯೇ ಯಲಬುರ್ಗಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಡುಗೊರೆ ಹಂಚುವುದು ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ ಹಾಲಿ ಸಚಿವರ ಹೆಸರಲ್ಲಿ ಮತದಾರರರಿಗೆ ಆಮಿಷ ಒಡ್ಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಕೊಳ್ಳುವಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಂದೇಟು ಹಾಕುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದರು.
ಮುಕ್ತ, ನ್ಯಾಯ ಸಮ್ಮತ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ನಡೆಯಬೇಕು, ಇಲ್ಲ ಸಲ್ಲದ ಆಮಿಷ, ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ವರ್ಗುದ ದುರ್ಬಳಕೆ ನಿಲ್ಲಬೇಕು. ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಎರಡು ಸಾವಿರ ಕೋಟಿ ಅನುದಾನ ತಂದಿರುವೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವ ಶಾಸಕ ಹಾಲಪ್ಪ ಆಚಾರ್ ಅವರು ಪ್ರಣಾಳಿಕೆಯ ಯಾವ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಈಡೇರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಮೊದಲು ಹೇಳಲಿ ಎಂದು ಸವಾಲು ಹಾಕಿದರು.
ಹಾಲಪ್ಪ ಆಚಾರ್, ಬಸವರಾಜ್ ರಾಯರಡ್ಡಿ ಒಂದೇ ನಾಣ್ಯದ ಎರಡು ಮುಖಗಳು, ಮುಕ್ತ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಸಮ್ಮತ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ನಡೆದರೆ ಇಬ್ಬರೂ ಸೋಲುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಹಿಂದೆಂದೂ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಅನೈತಿಕ ರಾಜಕಾರಣ ಈಗ ಯಲಬುರ್ಗಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಹಾಲಿ, ಮಾಜಿ ಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಿಬ್ಬರೂ ಸ್ವಜಾತಿ ಪ್ರೇಮ ಮೆರೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದು ಕಳೆದ 20 ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ಪಿ ಡಬ್ಲೂ ಡಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಎ ಇ ಇ ಶರಣಬಸಪ್ಪ ಹೊಸೂರ್ ಇಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ, ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಅಕ್ರಮಗಳಿಗೆ ನೇರವಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ನಿಯೋಜಿತ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಮಲ್ಲನಗೌಡ ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದರು.
ಹಾಲಿ ಮಾಜಿ ಸಚಿವರು ರೈತ ವಿರೋಧಿ ನೀತಿ ಅನುಸರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ,ನೀರಾವರಿ ಹೆಸರಲ್ಲಿ ರೈತರ ಕಣ್ಣಿಗೆ ಮಣ್ಣೆರಚುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಸಾಧನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಮತ ಕೇಳಲಿ, ಅದು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಮೋದಿ ಹೆಸರಲ್ಲಿ, ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಹೆಸರಲ್ಲಿ ಓಟು ಕೇಳಬೇಡಿ, ನಾವು ಮಾಜಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರು ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಅನೇಕ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು, ಸಾಧನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿಟ್ಟು ಮತ ಕೇಳುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಮಲ್ಲನಗೌಡ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

Abuse of officials by the minister: JDS candidate accused
Kukanur: The incumbent MLA, Minister Halappa Achar has misused the Swajati officials in Yalburga constituency to prepare for pre-election irregularities, the distribution of sarees in the villages is a clear proof of this, said Yallaburga JDS party nominated candidate Mallan Gowda Konana Gowdar.
Mallan Gowda spoke at a press conference at the press house in Kukanur town. Even before the notification of the election, distribution of gifts is going on in Yalaburga constituency and voters are being lured in the name of the sitting minister, he alleged that the authorities are delaying in taking action.
Free and fair elections should be held, otherwise the lure and abuse of the official class should stop. MLA Halappa Achar, who claims that he has brought 2000 crores in grants to the constituency, challenged him to tell first which aspects of the manifesto he has fulfilled.
Halappa Achar, Basavaraj Rayardi are two sides of the same coin, both of them will lose if free and fair elections are held. He said that immoral politics like never before is happening now in Yalaburga constituency.
JDS nominated candidate Mallan Gowda alleged that both the current and former ministers are in love with Swajati and PWD department officer AEE Sharanbasappa Hosur has been staying here for the past 20 years and is directly involved in election irregularities.
Mallan Gowda said that the current former minister is following anti-farmer policy, throwing dirt in the eyes of farmers in the name of irrigation, let them ask for votes by presenting their achievements, let them ask for votes in the name of Modi and Siddaramaiah, we will ask for votes by presenting the many projects and achievements of former Chief Minister Kumar Swamy for the farmers.
Taluk JDS General Secretary Basavaraj Gulguli, Dyamanna Dollina and Sharangowda Patil were present in the press conference.
